Harshal Patil is a Business consultant and Product Management coach in Dublin, Ireland. Before this, Harshal was a Staff Product Manager in a growth-stage tech company. He started his career as an engineer and transitioned to product management in 2016. Across his professional experiences, he has worked across company sizes ranging from 30 to 76,000 employees across three continents, which has helped him learn and build a flexible work style.
Over evenings and weekends, he finds enjoyment in immersing himself in reading social psychology, tasting desserts from different cuisines with his wife, and playing in parks with his toddler.
