Effortless: Make It Easier to Do What Matters Most

Book Review: 2/5 Impact On Me (Book By Greg McKeown)

Read more about the book here

This book combines ideas from Atomic Habits about making good habits easy to follow. For example, it suggests creating habits that feel natural and effortless. It also encourages keeping a "done-for-the-day" list instead of an endless to-do list, helping you feel fulfilled by acknowledging what you accomplished each day. If you have done things on that list, you don't need to do anymore.

The author had earlier written Essentialism — where you focus on choosing the most important "big rocks" in your life. The author transitions from Essentialism to a focus on efficiency, explaining how to do well on those big rocks.

I rate the impact of this book a 2 out of 5. I knew most of its contents from other books. So, it offered only a few new insights to me. Even after reading it twice, I struggled to find any I could directly apply.
