The book mentioned the processing and sleight of hand done by grocery stores. The factory versions of raising chickens, prawns, and lobsters. How grocery stores sell you fresh fish at some places and old ones at other spots in their store. I found it fascinating and helped me more fascinated with stores. I also don't go for the "tonight's special" dish anymore.
